What is the warranty period on Makera electronics?
All Makera devices come with a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express 2-day shipping for urgent orders placed before 2:00 PM EST.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging and accessories to qualify for a full refund minus a small restocking fee.
Do you provide technical support for setup?
Yes, our technical support team is available via live chat and email from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily to help you configure your new hardware.
